Best practices

Bielsko-Biala aims to promote a culture of knowledge sharing. 

Published good practices from various areas are to become a source of inspiration from which residents, institutions, organizations, as well as other cities will draw. They are also to be an introduction to discussions, exchange of experiences, and a platform for joint action.

We believe that we can be an example of good practices for the entire region and Europe!
