A week of European Capital of Culture 2029 - Bielsko-Biała as a Candidate City

Between 20 and 30 June 2023 residents of Bielsko-Biała were invited to take part in events promoting Bielsko-Biała's bid for the title of European Capital of Culture. These events took place at Punkt (Point) 11, the BWA Gallery in Bielsko-Biała, Summer Sounds, ‘Od Jana to Iwana’ (Polish/Ukrainian celebration of St John’s Eve), Słowackiego Park, Hala pod Dębowcem and on historical walks with the Olszówka Association. Participants were encouraged to talk about the city of their dreams.
