Prawie 1.900 zawodników z 23 krajów i trzech kontynentów stanęło na starcie biegów z przeszkodami zorganizowanych przez Spartan Race na terenach pod Dębowcem i Szyndzielnią w Bielsku-Białej. Pogoda była trudna, a przeszkody wymagały krzepy i samozaparcia.

For some, a presumptuous meddling with the landscape. For others, an iconic masterpiece of the world architecture. The district of Zawodzie (Ustroń, Poland) was designed by a duo of renowned Silesian architects – Henryk Buszko and Aleksander Franta. This film discusses the issues of who should have the power over the landscape and how to be responsible for the heritage as a common good.

The winners have been announced of a combined City of Bielsko-Biała / Bielsko-Biała branch of the Association of Polish Architects competition for an urban and architectural project design for the new Jerzy Zitzman Banialuka Puppet Theatre, conjoined with a branch of the Beskid Library for children and young persons and a ‘green’ library in Bielsko-Biała. Thirty-three entries were submitted in the competition.
