Preselection bidbook

The City of Weaves bidbook is Bielsko-Biała’s submission for the European Capital of Culture competition for 2029. In it we present our plan for ECoC and also a vision of the city's development over the coming years. Using the Bidbook as the basis of their considerations and following an interview with its project team on October 23, 2023, Bielsko-Biała was qualified for the competition finals.

We are publishing the bidbook in PDF format in order to jointly develop the premise behind the City of Weaves and, through the medium of culture, create a friendly space for Bielsko-Biała’s residents and visitors.
