Several dozen people took part in a panel discussion on linguistic sensitivity. The event took place on February 22 in the Beskidzka Library as part of Bielsko-Biała's efforts to win the title of European Capital of Culture.

Good news from our last meeting in Książnica Beskidzka. Over 40 people - authors of projects submitted in the second call for ideas for cultural and social projects as part of Bielsko-Biała's efforts to win the title of European Capital of Culture 2029 - took part in a discussion on their implementation.

In January, we hosted international experts from the Goethe Institute, with whom, during two-day workshops, we analyzed the cultural and creative potential of Bielsko-Biała and shared ideas on various methods and tools in the field of the city's international cultural development.

First, specialists talked about the Civic Shorts project, and then the youth presented the effects of their several months of design work. These effects are socially engaged films/reels; young people themselves chose topics important to them and relevant to local society.
