In January, we hosted international experts from the Goethe Institute, with whom, during two-day workshops, we analyzed the cultural and creative potential of Bielsko-Biała and shared ideas on various methods and tools in the field of the city's international cultural development.

First, specialists talked about the Civic Shorts project, and then the youth presented the effects of their several months of design work. These effects are socially engaged films/reels; young people themselves chose topics important to them and relevant to local society.

The City Council of Bielsko-Biała has established a new city institution that will help the city in its efforts to win the title of European Capital of Culture in 2029.
